U.S. Summer Internship program overview

Our U.S. Summer Internship Program is our flagship student experience here at Kellogg! During this 12-week, paid summer program, our students are given robust project work tied to real business needs to help them launch their professional careers. We focus on professional development through manager and mentor support, mid-term and final performance reviews, as well as a final presentation to leadership.

As part of the Kellogg Internship program, interns will participate in a corporate onboarding orientation consisting of executive exposure, previous intern panels, networking events, community activities and more. Throughout the summer and as members of the Kellogg family, students have the opportunity to participate in multiple engagement opportunities including our Employee Resource Groups, K Values Intern Spotlight Award, Intern Speaker Series, Instagram photo contest, annual Innovation Challenge and more.

At the conclusion of the intern program, all students return to Kellogg Headquarters for our annual Finale Meeting where they hear from our senior executives and present their business contributions to leadership. Apply today and find out what it's like to #InternAtK!

Our two types of student roles

Intern Program: Inspired by our founder's legacy of investing in people, our Internships and Graduate Programs are committed to providing a holistic experience that incorporates all aspects of Kellogg's culture and values while providing opportunities to work on real projects that impact our business. And with your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we're positive you'll fit right in.

Temporary Student Support Opportunities: At Kellogg, we want you to have vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there. In your position as Student Support, you will work with our team while attending school. These roles are part time positions that can become available during any time of the year. They are different than our traditional internship program.
