We hope you're interested in one of our open roles. Here are the three steps we follow to find the perfect candidates to join team Kellogg.

Apply

Submit your resume/CV. Please know it may take us a little while to get back to you, but that’s because a real recruiter – not a bot – reviews it. We don't want to miss anyone who could be just right for our company. We’ve even provided some resume/CV tips to help you best share your experience.

Interview

We're looking forward to meeting you, probably by phone at first. The next step varies, depending on the role you're interested in, but we're working pretty virtually these days. Whether in-person or by video, we think behavioral-based questions that address our Growth Competencies are the best way to get to know you. This is also your time to get to know us, so come prepared with plenty of questions. We've created an interview guide to help you understand our approach.

Accept

Once you accept our offer, you'll join our virtual #LifeAtK onboarding program where you'll meet other new colleagues. Together, you'll learn more about Kellogg, our history, culture, and exciting business goals you'll help us achieve. Welcome to Kellogg!

Avoiding Employment Scams

We are aware that there are a number of scams targeting current job seekers. Please click the “Job Search” button on this website to be directed to Kellogg’s job search site.

Kellogg will not ask you to provide money or financial account information, such as bank account or routing numbers, as part of our application or job offer process. If you suspect an employment‐related scam involving Kellogg, please contact us.
