We have implemented a number of measures at our manufacturing facilities that adhere to CDC and WHO guidelines, including enhanced cleaning and sanitization of our operations and for our teams; signiﬁcantly limiting or prohibiting visitors to the plants; employee temperature checks; and changing our practices to follow safe distancing guidelines from our colleagues wherever possible.
For employees outside of our manufacturing facilities, we are adhering to local government guidelines. Our office employees are working from home during this time unless they have a role that requires them to be in a Kellogg location.
Most important, we hope you and your loved ones remain healthy. The coronavirus pandemic is putting food insecure populations at greater risk, especially children who rely on school meals. As always, through our global Kellogg’s Better Days purpose platform, we help deliver critical nourishment to families when they need it most. Kellogg is a company with a heart and soul. This has never been more apparent than now, as we work together across our company to help our food banks, partners, and neighbors in need during the coronavirus (COVID‐19) pandemic.
To date, Kellogg and its charitable funds have now donated millions in food and funds to global COVID‐19 food relief efforts through Global FoodBanking Network, Feeding America, and United Way.
In every region, our food bank partners are stretched to their limits. They’re providing more food to more people, and they’re doing so without their strong network of volunteers. They need us now more than ever. That’s why we at Kellogg extend our heartfelt thanks to every food bank worker around the world, as well as our own “front‐line” employees working to provide food to families worldwide.
