What is the most exciting project you have worked on at Kellogg?
There is nothing more amazing than seeing something you worked on transition from an idea to the store shelf. This is how I feel about Cheez-It Crunch’d...I worked on everything from food development and naming to packaging format and graphic design, as well as the initial commercialization plan. I’m proud to say Cheez-It Crunch’d launched in January 2015 and is performing well.
What keeps you at Kellogg?
The people and endless career opportunities keep me at Kellogg. I’ve been with Kellogg two and a half years and I’ve had the opportunity to work as an Innovation Marketer within the snacks business unit and Brand Marketing within Morning Foods. This has allowed me to gain knowledge of different categories and functions, all within the same organization.

Why did you join Kellogg and what keeps you here?
Kellogg is a company that is interested in its people. During my time at Kellogg I have been given the opportunity to work at a place that matters. I feel I can truly contribute to develop a better planet for us and the next generations. I enjoy being challenged with new experiences everyday based on a set of values that work as guidelines to overcome these challenges.
